About readeasy
readeasy is an independent, reader-built home for free reading tools and book guides. No accounts, no newsletters to join, no dark patterns — every tool works in seconds, right in the browser, and every page is free.
What you'll find here
The tools cover a book from curiosity to finished: a book quiz and quizzes for 60+ classics that test what actually stuck, a what should I read quiz for finding the next one, reading time calculators and reading-time guides that plan the commitment before you make it, and reading speed and reading level tests that put a number on how you read.
Alongside the tools sits the reference shelf: reading-order guides for 260+ authors and series, chapter counts counted from the books themselves, readalike guides, book club questions, quote collections and head-to-head comparisons of the classics people argue about.
How the content is made
Every reading-order guide is checked against publisher catalogs, bibliographies and the authors' own announcements, and each page says plainly when a next book has no release date instead of guessing one. The site is updated on a regular schedule as new books are announced.
Contact us
